• • User Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your local browser configuration. We are not liable for unauthorized dashboard access caused by a failure to secure your local device environment.
• • Node Constraints: Profiles are monitored to maintain system balance. Artificially duplicating sessions or simulating automated account traffic is strictly prohibited.

2. Reward & Allocation Engine

• • Execution Protocols: ToolTanDem acts as an interactive network interface managing distribution models across membership tiers. All allocations are mapped instantly based on system rules.
• • Finality of Operations: Because allocations process instantly across the network, all tier assignments and activations are final, immediate, and non-reversible.
• • Verification Checks: We reserve the right to audit network logs if structural synchronization anomalies are detected.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Actions

Users agree to utilize our interface strictly for its intended purpose. The following actions will result in immediate session termination and structural node suspension:

• • Engaging in any activity that compromises the security, stability, or intended performance of the platform interface.
• • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other user sessions, or connected network systems.
• • Providing false operational parameters or engaging in fraudulent actions that disrupt the integrity of the platform or its support channels.

4. System Availability Disclaimer

ToolTanDem is delivered as a live web application on an "as-is" and "as-available" blueprint. We make no absolute promises that service nodes will be completely free of downtime, latency, or processing delays.

We reserve the right to deploy patches, execute updates, or adjust core allocation setups at any moment to preserve platform stability and ecosystem longevity.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by governing laws, ToolTanDem and its core network structural contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, losses arising from browser cache configurations, unauthorized user profile access, matrix balance discrepancies, or network interruption.

6. Protocol Amendments

We retain the absolute authority to revise, rewrite, or update these Terms of Service protocols at any given period. Any alterations will immediately become active upon being posted to the live interface view, indicated by the system revision date stamp at the top of this document.
